Customers
- How quickly will I be matched?
- Most requests are matched within minutes. You'll see the Scout's photo, ETA, and verification status before they arrive.
- Can I record sessions?
- Yes. Eligible sessions include a secure recording you can revisit later or share with our team if something goes wrong.
- Can I choose my Scout?
- No. Poppins automatically matches you with the best available Scout based on location, trust score, language, and response time.
- What does "Insured viewing" mean?
- Every session includes liability coverage for the person we send while they're observing, verifying, or guiding on your behalf. It doesn't insure goods, property, or transactions.
- What can a Scout do on-site?
- During the pilot, Scouts look, verify, and guide. They walk a space, describe what they see, and answer questions live. They don't carry, pick up, or perform physical tasks.
- How much do I pay?
- Only for the minutes they're on-site. You'll see a live estimate before you confirm, and the final receipt itemises every minute.
Scouts
- When do I get paid?
- Choose your preferred payout method — weekly direct deposit, or instant payouts where available.
- Can I reject requests?
- Absolutely. You decide which requests to accept. There are no quotas and no penalty for passing.
- Do I need special equipment?
- No. A modern smartphone with a stable connection is enough for most requests.
Trust
- Are Scouts verified?
- Yes. Government-issued ID and a background check are required before anyone can accept requests.
- Is my location private?
- Yes. Location is used only to complete requests safely and accurately, and is never shared beyond the session.
